Terms of Use
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Rackd mobile application, website, scoring tools, and Rax rating service. By creating an account or using Rackd, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Scores and Ratings
Rackd is a scoring and recreational rating tool, not an official league or tournament authority. You must record match results honestly. Rated results require opponent confirmation or an evidence-based dispute decision. Unanswered and disputed results do not change ratings while review is pending. Rax ratings are estimates based only on accepted data in Rackd and may be corrected, voided, recalculated, or reset when needed to protect result integrity.
Acceptable Conduct
Do not submit false results, impersonate another person, harass users, upload unlawful or abusive profile content, manipulate ratings, probe or disrupt the service, scrape personal data, or use Rackd to violate law or another person's rights.
Community Safety
You can report or block a public profile in the app. We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or legal compliance. Email urgent concerns to support@rackdbilliards.com.
Your Content
You retain ownership of profile images and information you provide. You grant Rackd the limited right to host, process, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate and protect the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
Availability and Changes
Beta functionality may change and interruptions can occur. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
Disclaimers and Liability
Rackd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not intended for wagering, financial decisions, or official handicap certification. To the extent permitted by law, Rackd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Rackd or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Historical match records may remain in anonymized form to preserve opponents' records.
