Delete Your Account

Delete in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Account. Review both confirmation prompts and choose Delete Permanently.

Your authentication account, private location fields, avatar file, and preferences are deleted when the request completes. Historical match records are retained under an anonymized “Deleted Player” identity so opponents' match histories and rating audit records remain accurate.

Can't access the app?

Email support@rackdbilliards.com from the address on your Rackd account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
